Recognising the mutual respect of the physical, psychological, emotional
and spiritual boundaries between all Australians.
Recognising the mutual respect of the physical, psychological, emotional
and spiritual boundaries between all Australians.
Sexual Safety Australia™ exists to help workplaces, organisations, schools, and service sectors create environments that are safe, respectful, and free from sexual harm.
Sexual safety is more than compliance.
It is the culture we build — where every person feels valued, respected, and protected.
We provide training, education and consulting that makes it easier to have the important — and often uncomfortable — conversations around sexual safety, power, consent, boundaries, inappropriate behaviour, and legal responsibilities.
Our programs are evidence-based, trauma-informed and tailored to not ony each sector but each client.
We work across multiple sectors including corporate and industrial industry sectors, small business, schools, aged care, disability services and community organisations. Every training module is aligns with relevant Australian and State legislation.
We are proudly independent and non-political.
Our goal is simple: to create safer environments for all Australians through knowledge, education, accountability, and culture change.
Prevention is the Legal Duty — Education & Training is the Solution
We help workplaces reduce risk, meet their vicarious liability obligations, and protect both their people and their brand. Our training gives leaders, HR and staff the knowledge, language, and confidence to prevent sexual harm before it occurs — not just react after the damage is done.
Training That Protects People — and Protects Your Business
We deliver tailored sexual safety training for executives, staff, schools, aged care, disability services, and individuals. Programs can be delivered in person, online, in groups, or one-on-one.
We also support HR managers and business owners to ensure their policies are current, legally compliant, and meet their vicarious liability obligations.
Regular sexual safety training — including at onboarding — helps reduce the risk of harassment, bullying, misconduct, and unsafe behaviour. It also shows that the organisation is taking proactive, responsible steps to create a safe workplace culture.
All programs are tailored to your sector, workforce and risk profile — and are customised to ensure content aligns with relevant Australian Federal and State Legislation, Codes of Practice, and your organisation’s specific legal exposure.

As a former primary school teacher in NSW, Tracy Sedman has always been driven by a strong commitment to creating safe, respectful environments—both for children and adults. That foundation has shaped her career as a highly qualified sexual education consultant and lead consultant at Sexual Safety Australia. Tracy is a certified workplace trainer and assessor, with postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities, and specialist training in sexual health and domestic and family violence. She has delivered challenging and sensitive content to diverse groups across various industries and has written and facilitated several government-endorsed programs on sexual health and safety for the NSW Government.
Her drive to support safer communities continues to grow. Tracy is currently completing a Graduate Certificate to become a Men’s Behaviour Change Facilitator and is undertaking training in the Safe and Together Model for responding to domestic violence. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree with the intention of completing a PhD exploring the connection between Cluster B personality disorders, domestic and family violence, and toxic workplace cultures. Tracy draws clear parallels between the dynamics of abusive relationships and the patterns she observes in dysfunctional workplaces, which she defines as examples of corporate narcissism.
Tracy is also commencing training to become recognised as an Expert Witness.
